We had unintended service interruption for the Care Messenger web app from 2:31 AM to 7:23 AM PST. During that time, the web app was unusable and would show a constant loading indicator. It was the result of a routine update, typically done during at night for this very reason, gone wrong. This incident has been resolved, and we have identified the issue to prevent it from happening in the future.
