We will be performing scheduled database upgrades on May 15 between 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM PT.

During this window, you may experience brief delays with push notifications, SMS, email, and fax. You may also temporarily be unable to view or upload attachments in the Spruce app.

There will be no impact to accessing the Spruce application or to making and receiving calls.

An engineer will be actively monitoring the system throughout the maintenance window. We'll work to keep any disruptions as short as possible and will post updates here as work progresses.
