Webhooks Component Upgrade

We will be upgrading the backend systems that power webhook delivery for the Spruce platform on September 17, 2025, between 7:30PM and 9:30PM PT. During this maintenance window, webhook deliveries may be delayed and the webhook API endpoints will be intermittently unavailable. A member of our engineering team will be online and closely monitoring throughout to ensure a smooth upgrade.

Impact during this window:
• Webhook event processing may be delayed.
• Webhook API endpoints may be unavailable at times, including the ability to:
• List, create, delete, or retrieve webhook destination endpoints
• List events for an endpoint
• Pause or resume a webhook destination endpoint

All other services will remain available and unaffected.
