We will be upgrading core database. The service will be down for an estimated 10 minutes during the maintenance window. The application will be inaccessible and incoming calls will not be forwarded, but all incoming SMS and Fax will be received once the service is restored. Any calls that came in will also be noted and specified as failed during the 10 minute window in the call log of the conversation.
